How does Sharesave work?

MicroFocus

You save a fixed amount between €12 and €500 in Ireland for 3 years*

MicroFocus

After 3 years you can use your savings to buy Micro Focus shares at the Option Price. This price is fixed at the start of Sharesave and has been discounted by 20%

MicroFocus

Alternatively, you can take back your cash savings at any time

*If applications exceed the maximum number of shares permitted and the Sharesave is oversubscribed, your contribution may be reduced and the number of options you receive may be scaled back.

  • Follow the simple online instructions
  • You will receive an email confirming that your application has been accepted

    • * User ID – this can be found on your email invitation

Please read the Terms and Conditions for participating in the Micro Focus Sharesave Plan 2021. They can be found at www.equateplus.com under ‘Document Library’ or alternatively by calling the helpline on +44 (0)370 707 1045 to request a copy.

You will be deemed to have read these documents and that you agree to all Terms and Conditions if you apply. Calls will be charged at standard daytime and evening rates plus network charges.
